Part Time : 18.25? (50% FTE) hours per week The appointment will be on UCL Grade 7. The salary range will be ?35,707 ? ?38,744 per annum) depending on skills and experience., inclusive of London Allowance.

This is a newly created post to support the MSc in Paediatrics and Child Health curriculum at the UCL Institute of Child Health whilst developing new modules across UCL and teaching programmes in conjunction with Great Ormond Street Hospital.

The successful applicant will work as part of the Paediatric MSc team with the course directors, Dr Helen Bedford and Dr Paul Winyard, and administrator Ms Carole Davis to organise and deliver the modular MSc in Paediatrics and Child Health to Paediatricians and related specialities. The post holder will also work closely with other UCL programmes and the postgraduate medical education department at Great Ormond Street to develop Paediatric education initiatives.

Candidates must have a full GMC Registration, be an MRCPCH and be a Current ST or SpR at ST 4-8 or equivalent. The post holder must have experience of informal teaching along with evidence of basic management skills. The post holder must have knowledge of basic educational?principles and their application within clinical settings
